We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven Email Specialist - Business DevelopmentCoordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in growing advertising revenue through cultivating sales leads and orchestrating email marketing campaigns to these leads.

**This position would be working with churches and other faith-based organizations.

Responsibilities

● Email Marketing & Campaign Management: Set up and manage email campaigns to drive sales leads. Maintain timelines and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth, on-time execution.● Audience Targeting: Use data to segment email lists and personalize outreach, helping reach the right people with the right message.● Performance Tracking & Testing: Monitor metrics like open and click rates. Run A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, and timing.● Team Collaboration: Work with design, content, and sales to align messaging and campaign strategy. Support coordination and training across teams.● CRM Troubleshooting (Vendasta): Manage lead tracking and automation in Vendasta. Resolve issues, improve workflows, and ensure campaign accuracy.● Reporting & Process Ownership: Generate reports, share insights, and own the full email process—from lead generation to campaign analysis and follow-up.
