Job summary

arrivia is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to build, segment, test, and deploy email communications supporting member engagement, product promotions, and lifecycle marketing. This hybrid role is onsite in Scottsdale Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Friday.

You will own end-to-end campaign execution, audience targeting, and performance analysis while collaborating across marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure timely, high-quality communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience with hands-on email campaign execution.
• Experience building, segmenting, testing, and deploying emails.
• Familiarity with marketing automation or email platforms; Marketo preferred.
• Experience with lifecycle, product, or promotional campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and campaign QA.
• Ability to interpret campaign results and drive improvements.
• Clear writing and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with limited direction.
• B2C marketing experience preferred.
• Onsite work in Scottsdale Monday–Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and deploy automated and promotional email campaigns.
• Create targeted audiences using member preferences and campaign objectives.
• Develop lifecycle communications for onboarding, engagement, retention, and re-engagement.
• Translate offers and product updates into clear member messages.
• Check copy, links, personalization, and scheduling before deployment.
• Run A/B tests and apply findings to improve content and timing.
• Monitor engagement and conversion, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, operations, and partners to align assets and deadlines.
• Improve recurring campaign workflows and reduce manual steps.
• Use AI tools thoughtfully for content development and analysis.
