Overview

GrowthAssistant is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Email Marketing Specialist to support our clients in executing high-impact email and push campaigns. In this role, you’ll manage campaign workflows, update creative and copy for testing, and ensure flawless execution of automations and triggers. You’ll also play a key role in monitoring campaign performance, assisting with reporting, and making optimizations based on client directives.

You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team, ensuring campaigns are launched on time, tested thoroughly, and continuously improved for better results. As you grow in the role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide insights, identify trends, and share recommendations to further enhance campaign performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Set up and execute email drip campaigns and workflows in CRM/ESP platforms.

  • Launch and manage email and push campaigns, ensuring accuracy in copy, creative, and targeting.

  • Run A/B tests by updating content within existing automations.

  • Assist with weekly reporting, leveraging dashboards to track performance.

  • Perform QA checks and maintain flows, triggers, and campaign health per client directives.

  • Collaborate with the team to pause, update, or optimize campaigns as needed.

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of advanced experience with CRM/email marketing platforms (ESP).

  • Strong background in building both workflow automations and one-off email campaigns.

  • Experience with end-to-end email marketing best practices.

  • Comfortable using Slack for internal communication and collaborating with US-based teams.

  • Nice-to-have: experience with Braze, Asana (or similar project management tools), and Tableau.
