What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails
- Maintain and optimize audience segmentation, list hygiene, and campaign workflows within the email marketing platform
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to develop email assets that align with brand voice
- Conduct thorough QA of email campaigns to ensure quality and accuracy
- Monitor campaign metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and ROI
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing focused on campaign management
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability and performance analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally using project management tools (e.g., Wrike or Asana)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient in using email marketing tools and basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email formatting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Strong focus on QA and accuracy in campaign execution

- Ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and use data to optimize email strategy
