What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Set up, test, tag, and deploy email campaigns across various channels while ensuring brand consistency
  • Manage end-to-end email campaigns including planning, content creation, audience segmentation, and performance reporting
  • Design and optimize triggered and automated email journeys aligned with customer segments and buyer stages
  • Build and publish digital forms to support lead generation and customer engagement
  • Measure campaign performance against goals and make strategic adjustments based on data analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing build/execution/QA using Pardot or similar tools
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce Reporting or similar CRM reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of the customer journey and ability to leverage insights for email strategy
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills
  • Experience with project management tools and a creative flair for copywriting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Sales Engagement Platforms and AI conversational email tools
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
  • Confidence in editing HTML and learning technical systems quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with remote teams
  • A data-driven mindset with a strategic approach to email marketing
