Job summary

Bluetent, part of the Inhabit family, is seeking an Email Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of email campaigns for vacation rental clients. You will design templates, apply HTML/CSS, and ensure campaigns align with best practices while staying ahead of industry trends.

You will work closely with clients, manage deadlines, and help analyze performance data to improve future sends. The role includes in-office collaboration with some remote work and a strong focus on

• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email templates.
• Experience with major email service providers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience writing content for emails and landing pages.
• Familiarity with marketing automation.
• Experience planning and executing email marketing programs.
• Interest in Vacation Rental Industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the technical production of monthly email marketing campaigns for clients.
• Create and design new email templates for email marketing materials.
• Apply HTML/CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop knowledge to campaigns.
• Stay up to date with email marketing best practices and develop new initiatives.
• Communicate with clients to manage and produce projects.
• Perform copywriting and proofreading of campaigns before launch.
• Deploy emails under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Review performance via Email Reports, Google Analytics, and emails tools with the client.
• Gain proficiency in Drupal and SMC CMS for web production related to email initiatives.

Email Marketing Associate produce email marketing initiatives that align with current best practices to help develop and maintain marketing programs.
