You will play a crucial role in nurturing leads, driving customer engagement, and promoting our unique, patent-pending collectible sports pins directly to our audience.# Reporting and ManagementThis role will report directly to the Marketing Manager.# Responsibilities* Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated flows.* Write compelling, clear, and concise email copy that aligns with the Players Pins brand voice and drives action.* Design and optimize email templates for various campaigns, ensuring mobile responsiveness and visual appeal.* Segment email lists and personalize content to target different audience groups effectively.* Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, calls-to-action, and send times to improve campaign performance.* Monitor, analyze, and report on key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.), providing insights and recommendations for optimization.* Manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and adherence to promotional schedules.* Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure email content is integrated with broader marketing strategies and brand messaging.* Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and platform changes.* Ensure email campaigns comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).# Skills and Qualifications (No single qualification is required)* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.* 1+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing, with hands-on experience using email marketing platforms (Klaviyo).* Proven ability to write engaging and effective marketing copy.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Basic understanding of Shopify for email template customization is a plus.* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.* A genuine passion for sports, collectibles, pop culture, or fashion.# Compensation$30,000 - $45,000.
