Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 Year Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience executing email, CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, push notifications, and in‑app messaging.
• Orchestrate cross‑channel customer journeys with triggers and suppressed audiences.
• Define and document campaign rules, data requirements, and audience segments.
