Job summary

FAIRWINDS Credit Union in Orlando is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to design and optimize campaigns across email, online banking, social media, and digital ads. You will create assets, manage segmentation, and coordinate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Creative teams to drive engagement and growth.

You will work onsite at the Corporate Tower, collaborating on promotions, website content, and marketing tech like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while ensuring accessibility and regulatory

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing digital marketing work is required and must be submitted.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience executing multi-channel digital campaigns across email, social, and web platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics, segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, online banking, social media, Google, Meta, and other channels.
• Create digital assets including email layouts, ads, graphics, and campaign creative that align with brand standards.
• Manage audience segmentation, personalization, testing, and targeting to improve engagement and conversions.
• Develop and publish social content and support content execution across digital platforms.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Creative teams to meet business objectives.
• Support digital banking promotions, website content updates, and marketing tech platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to user experience and effectiveness.
• Ensure accessibility, regulations, and platform requirements are met.

We're looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help bring our brand to life across digital channels and drive engagement, product adoption, and growth.

In this role, you'll develop, execute, test, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that connect with members throughout their journey. From email marketing and social media to digital advertising and online banking promotions, you'll play a key role in creating compelling content, enhancing the digital member experience, and supporting FAIRWINDS strategic growth initiatives. ***To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant digital marketing work, including examples of email campaigns, digital advertising, social media content, graphic design, campaign execution, or other digital marketing projects.***

***This position is based onsite at FAIRWINDS Corporate Tower in Downtown Orlando (135 W. Central Blvd., Orlando, FL 32801) and is not eligible for a hybrid or remote work arrangement.***

Your Role in Our Mission

• Design, build, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, online banking, social media, Google, Meta, and other digital channels.
• Create digital assets including email layouts, promotional advertisements, graphics, and campaign creative that align with FAIRWINDS brand standards.
• Manage audience segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, testing strategies, and campaign targeting to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Develop, schedule, and publish social media content while supporting ongoing content execution across FAIRWINDS' digital platforms.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Creative teams to develop campaigns that support business objectives and product awareness.
• Support digital banking promotions, website content updates, and marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations to improve results, optimize user experience, and increase marketing effectiveness.
• Ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to accessibility standards, applicable regulations, platform requirements, and industry best practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit

A portfolio of digital marketing work is required and must be submitted with your application to be considered for this opportunity.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and web platforms.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, A/B testing, personalization strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
• Experience creating and managing content in social media and email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and performance reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Creative mindset balanced with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
