Homestead Studio is seeking an Email Designer to craft high-performing campaigns for DTC brands. You will partner with the Design Director and Email Strategists to concept, design, and iterate across email and SMS touches, prioritizing clarity, hierarchy, and conversion.

Responsibilities include designing campaigns, collaborating with copy and strategy, and contributing to A/B testing while maintaining scalable, accessible email systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years designing high-volume email campaigns for DTC brands.
• Proficiency in Figma (required) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with email platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Strong understanding of conversion hierarchy, email best practices, and mobile-first design.
• Experience contributing to A/B testing and interpreting performance data.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

• Contribute to client onboardings and brand system setup.
• This role requires both creative thinking and operational discipline.

We are an email marketing agency specializing in growing eCommerce brands by creating exciting, engaging, and personalized messaging across email and SMS channels. Our expertise in email and SMS marketing allows our clients to cultivate relationships with potential customers and build lasting relationships with current customers to create lifetime value.

About the role

We are looking for an Email Designer who understands that great design is not decoration - it's communication, hierarchy, and conversion. We value candidates who think conceptually, challenge briefs thoughtfully, and contribute to raising the creative standard across the team.

You'll work closely with the Director of Design and Email Strategists to concept, design, and iterate high-performing email campaigns across multiple DTC brands.

Additional Information

This is a fully remote role. Candidates must be able to work standard business hours (9:00am-5:00pm) in ET, CT, MT, or PT time zones.
