Role Description

Becoming Your Best Global Leadership is looking for a technical Email & CRM Administrator to join our growing team. We provide a wide range of training, development, and personal and professional growth solutions to organizations worldwide. This is a contract role for someone who can take full ownership of our outreach infrastructure and ensure our technical systems remain seamless and scalable as we expand.

What we’re looking for: We need a partner to take charge of our SMTP systems - both maintaining what we have and setting up new ones as we scale. A big part of the job is ensuring our deliverability stays high (managing DNS, SPF, DKIM, etc.) so our marketing actually hits the inbox.

You’ll also be our point person for CRM setup and management. We run a lean stack, so we need someone who can handle integrations and make sure our data is flowing between tools correctly.

What were looking for:

• You’ve built and managed SMTP systems before and know how to troubleshoot deliverability
• You’re comfortable setting up and integrating CRMs from scratch
• You prefer a startup environment and can work independently
• You have a solid understanding of how to keep a lean tech stack organized

Details: This is an independent contract position, and the compensation is DOE. We are looking for someone who can jump in and start contributing quickly.
