State Street in Boston seeks an intermediate EM FX Trader to join a fast-paced, market-making desk. You will own risk, build a client franchise, and drive revenue across Latin America and broader EM FX coverage.
You will collaborate with Sales and eFX Trading, manage risk with a strong focus on markets, technology, and timely execution. A Bachelor's degree and 3–6 years’ trading experience are preferred, with programming skills viewed as a plus.
We are looking for a n EM FX Trader to join a fast-paced, high-touch principal market making team. This is an intermediate-level seat for someone with trading experience who is ready to own risk, build a client franchise and grow into a broader role. The primary focus is Latin American emerging markets, with generalist FX and Interest Rate coverage across the wider book. We want someone passionate about markets, statistics and new technologies who wants to shape how the desk trades in the future.
