Kenvue is recruiting for the EM Commercialization Make Manager in Summit, NJ, a hybrid role that drives new product launches, lifecycle management, and network projects at external manufacturing sites.

You will lead cross-functional teams through planning, onboarding, scale-up, and commercial validation, ensuring milestones are achieved and KPIs are met. Strong GMP background and PMO collaboration are essential for success.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years related experience or MBA with 4+ years related experience.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with practical solutions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management experience with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

• Lead and launch new product introductions, network and lifecycle projects on time.
