Signal Security in Elyria, OH is seeking Security Officers for part-time, temporary roles at dedicated posts or on temporary assignment. Officers will patrol, secure entry points, and respond to incidents while assisting staff and residents. This 1099 independent role offers flexible shifts and hourly pay.

What You’ll Do:

• Patrol assigned areas to deter theft, vandalism, and other crimes

• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations

• Assist employees, residents, or guests with security-related concerns

• Document and report all incidents and irregularities accurately

Position Details:

SHIFTS AVAILABLE ON 11/25 and 11/26 -

11/25 - Shift 1: 6PM-11PM, Shift 2: 11PM-11AM

11/26 - 11AM - 10PM

Job Types: Part-time hours available

• Shifts: TEMPORARY EVE/DAY OF HOLIDAY SHIFTS

• HIRED AS 1099 INDEPENDENT EMPLOYEE (NO TAXES UPFRONT!)

• Pay: $30.00 - 35.00 per hour

• Pay Date for Hours Worked: Friday, 12/11/2026

Minimum Requirements:

• Age 18+

• Clean background check & drug screening

• Personal Vehicle REQUIRED to reside in during your shift.

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to stand for extended periods
