ELSP Material Handler 1st Shift

Reporting To: Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor

Your Role and Responsibilities
  1. Manage documentation related to incoming shipments.
  2. Track shipments and receive finished goods, returns, and stock from the factory.
  3. Unload and stock incoming materials (up to 40 lbs., repetitively).
  4. Receive raw materials, chemicals, parts, and other items.
  5. Operate forklift/reach truck to put away inventory.
  6. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
  7. Maintain warehouse area and participate in safety, housekeeping, and environmental inspections.
  8. Prioritize safety by performing work according to safety specifications and wearing required PPE.
  9. Identify process deviations and perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  10. Work schedule flexibility as dictated by department needs.
  11. Dependability in punctuality and readiness to work.
  12. Basic computer skills such as email communication and data entry.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse environments.
  • Practical experience with SAP and other relevant software.
  • ERP/MRP experience.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and work in diverse teams.
  • Experience working in a multicultural, global environment.
  • Legal work authorization for employment in the US.
