Qualifications

• Healthcare, medical, or laboratory cleaning experience preferred.
• Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and complete cleaning tasks.
• Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment safely.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures, especially in lab areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain designated laboratory areas per procedures.
• Disinfect lab countertops, tables, sinks, and equipment surfaces.
• Clean office areas including desks and floors.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility.
• Sanitize restrooms and breakrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling; replace liners.
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces.
• Refill soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and supplies.
• Notify management when supplies are low; maintain supplies.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in lab areas.
• Report spills or safety concerns to management.
• Perform other janitorial duties as assigned.
