About the Role:
As a DevOps Engineer within our Professional Services team, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between software development and infrastructure delivery for our enterprise clients. You’ll architect resilient cloud-native environments, streamline deployment pipelines, and deliver tailored automation solutions that drive customer success at scale. This is a high-impact role for a technical expert who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering value through infrastructure excellence.

A Day in The Life of Our DevOps Engineer:
  • Build and continuously optimize CI/CD process and streamline automation effort for server provisioning and applications deployment
  • Build a resilient and scalable service infrastructure to accommodate regions
  • Deploy, monitor and scale application services
  • Have clear and solid relationship with software development departments
  • Plan and document work and projects
  • Mentor team members and drive knowledge sharing
  • Participate in project management and on-going strategic planning
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues
  • Participate in an on-call rotating schedule
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Significant cloud ops experience with AWS
  • Understanding of securing cloud data and industry standards
  • Passion to not only build great cloud infrastructure but a great product
  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE environment
  • 8+ years of experience of working with Linux and Windows systems
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of cloud infrastructure components such as AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Storage, Route53 and network appliances
  • Hands-on experience architecting and securing cloud networking such as VPC peering, subnet, security groups
  • Working knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab or alternative CI systems
  • Understanding of Active Directory, DNS and Domain
  • Familiarity with microservice architecture, Docker, Kubernetes

The salary range for this role is {$190,000 - $220,000}. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
