• Enrolled in a formal Radiological Technologist training program from an AMA-approved school.
• Required to obtain a temporary Medical Imaging license upon graduation.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation.

About The Job
The practice of radiography involves health care professionals responsible for administering ionizing radiation for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes. A radiographer performs radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images for interpretation by, or at the request of, a licensed independent practitioner.

What You’ll Do

• Perform radiography procedures based on the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) “Radiography Practice Standards” and the ASRT “Code of Ethics”.
• Assist licensed practitioners in the completion of interventional procedures.
• Work under the direction of staff radiologic technologists.
• Complete annual mandatory education on time.

Who You Are

• Enrolled in a formal Radiological Technologist training program from an AMA-approved school.
• Upon graduation, required to obtain a temporary Medical Imaging license.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation and maintain it during employment (Required).
