Join a leading healthcare provider as a Per Diem Nurse specializing in anticoagulation management. This role involves delivering quality patient care across multiple clinics, conducting assessments, facilitating education, and collaborating with physicians to optimize patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a licensed RN with a commitment to excellence in patient care and education.
This is a per diem position with a need to cover at least 4 hours a week on Tuesday plus any variable coverage needs. This position coverage for any of our Medication Clinics: Manchester, Londonderry and Raymond. Float.

About the Job
Performs duties in support of the Elliot Anticoagulation Management Program. Collaborates with physicians to provide cost effective, quality services to the patients requiring anticoagulation therapy.
What You’ll Do
Educational Needs
Education:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Nurses hired after May 2015, must have a bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher nursing degree or commit to achieving the degree within 5 years.
Experience:Cardiology and/or patient medication education preferred.
Certification/Licensure:New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse License. Obtain BCLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment. Certified in Anticoagulation Therapy Management or obtain within 180 days of hire. New hires without certification are required to take the closest available Anticoagulation Therapy Management course to their date of hire.
