Location: Hampshire Hills Rehab, Milford, NH, 50 Emerson Road

Schedule: 40 hours/week, days with two evenings until 7 pm. Full athletic club access as employee benefit.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct medical record reviews and prepare for patient evaluations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program, Entry Level Degree required.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in New Hampshire.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Previous clinical experience preferred but not required; recent graduates welcome.
