Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of Labor and Delivery experience to join our team at Elliot Hospital. Our Women's and Children's Services are committed to providing exceptional care for women and their children, utilizing advanced practices including epidural anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and surgical safety protocols aligned with WHO guidelines.

Responsibilities
  1. Participate in high and low risk intrapartum and antepartum care.
  2. Manage women transferred for high-risk pregnancy complications.
  3. Support and promote change to improve patient outcomes and professional practice environment.
  4. Involve patients and families in goal setting and care planning, ensuring seamless communication across shifts and teams.
  5. Utilize current evidence-based practices and standards to guide clinical performance.
  6. Demonstrate competent clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN preferred).
  • Current RN licensure in New Hampshire or multistate license.
  • Ability to obtain BLS certification during orientation; ACLS preferred.
