Job summary

The full-time faculty supports Northcentral Technical College’s College Prep Center/English Language Learning program by delivering high-quality instruction and fostering student success. This position teaches courses within the program, develops materials, and aligns instruction with program objectives and evaluation procedures.

It is an in-person role at NTC’s West Region campus locations, working 40 weeks in a 52-week year and collaborating with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; dual-qualification CPC + ELL noted in qualifications.
• Experience teaching English language learners and adult education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses within the College Prep Center/ELL program and develop course materials.
• Align instruction with program objectives and evaluation procedures; maintain accurate student records and attendance.
• Provide student support, mentoring, and collaboration with colleagues to enhance learning outcomes.
• Undertake professional development and contribute to program initiatives.
