Job Description

• Provide a table in the Dining Room or Cantina
• Answer the phone
• Serve guests and assist servers quickly and efficiently
• Read the guest and deliver the experience they desire
• Suggestive selling of specials and extras
• Perform sidework and cleaning duties
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked area

Essential Job Duties

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
• Be able to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 25 pounds
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Offer a guest-obsessed farewell as they leave
• Operate the POS system
• Escort guests to their tables, provide menus, and answer questions
• Answer incoming calls and handle guest inquiries
• Take orders, enter them into the POS, bag orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently
• Provide guests with accurate wait time estimates
• Keep restrooms and lobbies clean and sparkling
• Optimize seating arrangements to balance workload among staff
