Codebridge is seeking an experienced Elixir developer to enhance our project aimed at improving risk management solutions. You will be responsible for developing high-performance applications and integrating third-party services using Elixir and Phoenix frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new features and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Elixir/Phoenix
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Ensure system reliability and performance through testing and debugging
• Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to technical discussions
• Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed
• Continuously improve code quality and development processes

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in backend development using Elixir
• Strong knowledge of Elixir, Phoenix Framework, and OTP principles
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Understanding of real-time systems, distributed computing, and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with containerization and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, etc.)
• Proficiency in writing tests and ensuring high code quality
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Good communication skills and at least an intermediate level of English
