Job summary

Encora Digital Inc. is seeking a full-time Elixir/Erlang Developer to design and build scalable backend services and APIs. This role supports real-time, high-concurrency workloads and offers remote or hybrid work arrangements.

You will collaborate with product, architecture, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions, leveraging OTP, GenServer, Supervisors, and Phoenix for robust distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Elixir and/or Erlang.
• Deep understanding of OTP, GenServer, Supervisors, and Phoenix Framework.
• Experience building microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ/Kafka.
