USAO Northern District of Illinois in Chicago seeks an Assistant United States Attorney (eLitigation) to lead the Office’s eLitigation portfolio. The role focuses on developing systems, controls, and protocols for electronic discovery, while staying current with new technologies including generative AI.

The AUSA will collaborate with litigation support staff and external partners, handling training and benchmarks to measure success in eLitigation initiatives.

Competenze

• J.D. degree and bar admission are required.
• 2+ years of post-J.D. experience.
• Strong legal writing and academics required.
• Experience with complex civil or criminal litigation with eLitigation tools is preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and coordinate the Office's eLitigation portfolio and systems.
• oversee procedures for processing, reviewing, producing, and managing electronic discovery.
• Provide training on litigation technology software, platforms, and applications.
• Advise on substantive eLitigation and discovery issues in criminal and civil cases; interact with internal and external stakeholders.
