Job summary

Bridgewater Bagel & Coffee is looking for an Assistant Coach to help lead the men’s wrestling program. The role includes planning practices, coaching athletes, and ensuring their academic progress to graduation. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or related experience and be prepared to work evenings and weekends.

Applicants must possess strong communication skills and current certification in First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or three-four years of recent collegiate coaching and/or playing experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Current certification in First Aid / CPR (AED).

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in teaching skills and strategies for wrestling.
• Plan and direct team practices to encourage and develop student-athlete skills.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting plan.
