Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and administering all aspects of the women’s basketball program under the Head Coach.
• Plan and conduct basketball practices effectively and efficiently.
• Help prepare student‑athletes for intercollegiate competition.
• Foster a positive, disciplined, team‑oriented environment.
• Monitor academic progress and assist with academic support resources.
• Assist with recruiting prospective student‑athletes per NCAA rules.
• Coordinate team travel, scheduling, and equipment logistics.
• Provide leadership to coaching and auxiliary staff.
• Represent Merrimack College with professionalism and integrity.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA rules and institutional policies.
