Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive professional and/or military experience
• 2+ years of experience in the investments industry
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses within program time
• FINRA SIE currently held
• Ability to obtain licenses within allotted program time
• Self-starter who efficiently manages time and capacity
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored, personalized advice to clients through reviews and presentations
• Identify client solutions best suited for financial needs (banking, investments)
• Shadow adviser teams to promote portfolio growth
• Utilize resources and technology to optimize client experience
• Participate in ongoing training to grow book of business
• Build relationships with internal service providers based on client needs
• Manage risk in all aspects of business and transactions
