Job summary

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years lacrosse coaching experience, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication. Evening and weekend travel during the season may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is preferred.
• 1–2 years of lacrosse coaching experience.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport students.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong organizational skills and discretion with student records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the Boys Varsity Lacrosse program.
• Ensure Branson and league policies are followed.
• Plan and organize practices and games schedules with head coach.
• Maintain a safe environment for student athletes at all times.
• Supervise student athletes at home and away games; monitor behavior.
• Represent Branson professionally in all interactions with the community.
