• Ability to contribute positively to building the program, aligning with varsity program goals and athletic department mission.
• Specific experience and expertise in pitching instruction and development, including the ability to teach proper pitching mechanics, arm care, pitch development, and overall pitching strategy.
• Strong understanding of developing pitchers at the middle school and high school level and preparing student-athletes for continued growth within the varsity program and beyond.
