Job summary

Trudeau Kane, PLLC seeks a full-time Associate Attorney with 3+ years in estate planning, probate, trust administration, or tax planning. You will work closely with two board-certified attorneys, serving high-net-worth families and business owners with sophisticated private client matters.

The role offers meaningful client contact, mentorship, and exposure to advanced planning strategies in a boutique, client-focused environment at the Ponte Vedra Beach office.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, or tax planning

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and related planning matters
• Draft, revise, and finalize wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and related estate planning documents
• Assist with wealth transfer, asset protection, charitable planning, business succession, and tax-sensitive planning strategies
• Support probate and trust administration matters, including fiduciary guidance, beneficiary communication, filings, deadlines, and administration strategy
• Participate in client consultations and translate complex legal and tax concepts into clear guidance
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality client service
• Represent clients in probate court and related proceedings when necessary
• Contribute to firm growth through strong client service and professional relationships
