Job summary

Burford's Construction is seeking a Trimmer A to support pruning and removal tasks with precision and safety. The role includes climbing trees near energized lines, operating bucket trucks, and assisting in storm restoration.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years experience, a valid driver's license, and English communication skills. CDL is preferred; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and travel as required is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience in vegetation/tree care or related field.
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Must be able to travel and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as a top priority and promote a safety-conscious environment.
• Perform pruning and removal tasks with precision and care.
• Climb trees near energized lines and assist in storm restorations.
• Train and support less experienced climbers and bucket operators.
• Operate equipment including bucket trucks, chainsaws, and chippers.
