Job summary

Napleton's Lexus of Maplewood is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to perform vehicle repair and maintenance to dealer and factory standards. You will diagnose issues, communicate with Parts and Service Advisors, and work to build trust with customers while maintaining efficiency.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Technician experience.
• ASE certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance per repair order with accuracy per dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers and staff clearly.
• Keep up to date with factory technical bulletins and training classes.
• Maintain an organized work area and keep store management informed of repair issues.
