Job summary

CrowdStrike’s CAO Elite Analysts protect customers’ networks by performing tailored threat hunting and intelligence operations. You will engage with senior stakeholders, including CISOs, and apply AI-driven security capabilities to deliver actionable findings.

The role emphasizes growth opportunities, collaboration across CrowdStrike teams, and delivering high-impact intelligence to protect global customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in two or more areas: incident response, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, or dark web monitoring.
• Excellent communication to executives and clients.
• Ability to use AI and autonomous agents to enhance threat intelligence.
• Willingness to rotate weekend on-call schedule and travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of assigned customer accounts and be a trusted advisor for CAO Elite customers.
• Perform threat hunting, research dark web data, and craft tailored threat intelligence.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations on intelligence reports and hunting findings.
• Respond to customer requests relating to threat intelligence, hunting, and dark web monitoring.
