Cogent Analytics is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to fully own their market in the Nashville area, with coverage for Knoxville and Chattanooga. This is a high-impact, consultative role for an elite closer prepared to accelerate earnings in a hybrid, full-time capacity.

You will drive business development, lead high-value sales engagements, and establish Cogent as the go-to partner for SMB growth. Expect significant travel and a performance-based compensation structure.

• 7+ years of executive-level, consultative B2B sales experience.
• Strong prospecting track record with business owners and closures.
• Autonomous, high-energy hunter thrives in competitive environments.
• Advanced CRM and software skills for pipeline management.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and drive business development; 10+ meetings/week with owners.
• Apply consultative sales to uncover profitability/efficiency opportunities.
• Build market leadership and brand ambassadorship in region.
• Own strategic pipeline with in-office team for meetings and deals.
• Be performance-driven; accountable for market results.
• Target at least 35 touches weekly and secure weekly Discovery commitments.
