Job summary

Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command is seeking an Air Traffic Control Specialist (Terminal) to provide ATC services in a terminal radar environment for military and civilian aircraft, including IFR, VFR, and SVFR operations. The role includes GCA radar, tower control, and CIC duties, with on-the-job training for developing controllers, at MARB or CMA airspace.

The position requires ATC certificates, medical readiness, and adherence to age/retirement provisions.

• Capable of decisive action in emergencies.
• Familiar with reporting procedures as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Ground Controlled Approach (GCA) Radar Controller.
• Serve as Tower Controller.
• Act as Controller-in-Charge (CIC) when needed.
• Provide on-the-job training (OJT) for developmental controllers.
