Job summary

Farm & Forge Club in College Grove, TN, seeks a High Performance Tennis Travel Coach to develop top junior and high‑performance athletes on campus and throughout tournaments. You will coach, observe matches, and provide technical and tactical feedback, while traveling up to 30 weeks per year with domestic and possible international events.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coaching competitive junior or high-performance tennis players.
• Strong understanding of tournament tennis, match preparation, and development.

Responsibilities

• Travel with designated athletes to tournaments up to 30 weeks per year.
• Coach competitive junior and high-performance players on campus and during travel.
• Observe matches, provide technical, tactical, and mental feedback.
• Translate observations into development priorities with the team.
• Collaborate with strength, recovery, education, and other staff.
