Renewal by Andersen LLC is seeking Subcontracting Installation Crews in Richmond, Virginia. As a subcontract installer, you will work with a flexible schedule and benefit from on-the-job training to enhance your skills. The ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in window installation, a strong commitment to customer service, and must provide their own tools and crew.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling/carpentry experience.
• Strong focus on customer service and communication.
• Valid Driver's License and insurance including Worker's Compensation & Liability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work sites are set up and prepared for installations.
• Perform basic to routine window or door installations and removals.
• Conduct work site tear down and clean-up according to guidelines.
