Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. You will deliver quality professional services while focusing on guest experience, sales, and productivity.

You will work with the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager to uphold standards and support events. The role requires a cosmetology license and prior relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on guest service, product knowledge, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, color, styling, texture, treatments, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to store goals for retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Demonstrate products and drive sales through guest service experiences.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives for an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on new trends and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Develop guest relationships and provide total-store guest experience.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, safety, and sanitation standards.
