You will deliver high-quality services, support the Experience Manager and focus on performance, guest service, and store procedures. A cosmetology license and relevant salon experience are required, with opportunities for growth within a strong, stable retail beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience in a salon is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions, makeup and ear piercing.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity targets for hair services.
• Demonstrate products to drive sales and guest service.
• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on trends and product ingredients.
• Maintain consistent attendance.
