Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, treatments, styling, and makeup applications.
• Meet or exceed a sales goal of $1,900 average weekly sales for hair services.
• Perform product demonstrations with guests to drive sales.
• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and products.

Skills

Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, hair color, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing where applicable

Proficiency with use of equipment and chemicals needed for technical work

Proficiency in demonstrating, recommending and selling professional hair care and makeup products

Developed communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and build clientele

Education

Cosmetology license
