Ulta Beauty is hiring an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services to complete a total-look. The role delivers quality professional services with emphasis on guest experience, sales, and productivity, while supporting the Experience Manager and ASM.

Qualified candidates hold a cosmetology license and have prior relevant experience in a salon setting; you should be capable of performing diverse hair services and building lasting client

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques and products is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, treatments, styling, updos, extensions, makeup and brow services.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate products and drive guest service experiences during appointments.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
