You will collaborate with the Experience Manager and team, stay informed on trends, maintain safety and sanitation, and participate in trainings to grow professionally. This role requires a cosmetology license and prior salon experience.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for performing haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing services.
• Ability to demonstrate, recommend and sell pro hair care and makeup products.

• Engage with guests and consult on hair care needs and services.
• Deliver quality professional services with emphasis on guest’s total look.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to store’s performance.
• Maintain knowledge of products and industry trends to better serve guests.
