Responsibilities

• Perform hair design, color, cuts, styling, and makeup services.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Demonstrate product demos to drive sales and guest service.
• Support the execution of in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products and services to serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and store cleanliness.
