Job summary

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant salon experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, and treatments.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for services and retail.
• Demonstrate, recommend, and sell pro hair care and makeup products.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and guest experiences.
• Stay informed about trends, products, and ingredients to educate guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance and professional appearance.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and Ulta policies and procedures.
• Book guests for return services and events using salon systems.
