Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity targets for hair services and contribute to store goals related to retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Demonstrate business acumen and identify opportunities for growth; perform product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Support execution of in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives that enhance guest experience.
• Maintain compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, safety standards, and service protocols; ensure guest readiness and stock availability.
