You will work with the Experience Manager and the retail team to drive service sales, provide product recommendations, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with hair services including haircutting, color, styling, extensions, and makeup; ability to perform brow services and ear piercing where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions, makeup, brow services and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to store sales and loyalty metrics.
• Demonstrate products to guests to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and infection control standards and ensure compliance with store procedures.
