The role emphasizes delivering high-quality professional hair services and contributing to sales and guest loyalty—while collaborating with the Experience Manager and service team to ensure a premium experience.

You will stay informed on trends, maintain compliance with safety standards, and participate in trainings.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for performing haircutting, haircolor, styling, texture, treatments, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and to develop clientele.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, consult on hair care needs and recommend products/services.
• Deliver quality professional services with focus on guest total look and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail/service sales.
• Support store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, sanitation and safety standards and maintain clean salon and work areas.
