Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Elite Stylist who will engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. The role emphasizes guest experience, service sales, and productivity while supporting the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager.

Develop guest relationships, collaborate with skin therapists and retail teams to deliver a total-store experience, and participate in mandatory trainings to stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for performing haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, treatments, styling and updos.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to store goals.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products; conduct product demonstrations.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing for a superior guest experience.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
